I Rang Boots on Friday Morning about my glasses which had broken mid- frame, I made an appointment for Saturday 20/05/17 as early as possible,just by chance I called in Friday at 4 Pm to check on availability on a new frame and there were none in stock, I left my glasses at the shop and was told Monday was the earliest for pick up, Saturday morning I was stunned, 9.30 I got a call to say they were read.
