Yes I had a very pleasurable morning in boots the opticians,Rachel was considerate,and I felt at ease,Jean the optometrist,was helpful and considerate too,I felt she knew exactly what I needed,and Amanda helped me with the frames and picked the right ones for me too. I cannot fault the staff at all.
