On my visits to Ely for hearing and eye test - I have always been happy and comfortable during and after my consultations - a very good atmosphere and happy staff come over well. I have only my grateful thanks to them all in their help to me and the two friends I bring along for their hearing treatment, we always come away happy and satisfied with the help and service given.

My little boy is 8 years old and the optometrist was very friendly and very good with him explaining what he was doing and why. He made it fun and not scary at all .7

The staff went over and above to make things comfortable for my 89 year old mum in law who is in a wheelchair, rather deaf and slightly curmudgeonly yesterday. Excellent customer service all round.
