I needed a last minute appointment as another branch had cancelled at short notice and staff at Ely were extremely accommodating and helpful when booking the appointment. When I arrived staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful and knew who I was which felt like a real personal touch. Everything was explained to me as I was asked to go to different machines and my contact lense check and sight test were carried out very professionally with everything explained clearly and my questions answered without being rushed. I was also given a spare pair of contact lenses to support me in trying on glasses as I needed to update my prescription. Buying new glasses can be quite difficult as they are such a personal item that need to be right and staff were available to support and gave honest opinions and advice which was fantastic. I felt really comfortable and was able to choose the right glasses for me without being pressured or rushed. A huge thank you to all staff for a great opticians experience today :)
