Wrong lenses were initially put in my glasses. I needed a further appointment to rectify this. I am waiting on the second pair of glasses to see if the lenses are now correct. Not what was expected at all and very disappointed with the experience.

They are fantastic with 2 disabled children it can be difficult but the staff are amazing
