Great service and attention to detail - I had to go back the next day as they wanted to double check one of my results. Everything was explained in detail and luckily second time round everything was fine but reassured that they were so thorough. Dispensing Optician Mike was also very thorough and patient and gave great advice as was Caitlin when I picked up my specs.

All the staff were very friendly and really took their time to ensure everything was right. Sarah was very knowledgeable. She explained each test and its purpose and went over my results very comprehensively. An excellent experience thank you all. Now looking forward to picking up my new glasses.
