Sarah was on time. Very attentive and helpful. She explained things clearly. Sarah was able to answer my questions and reassure me. All this was accomplished in a confident and friendly manner. It was the first time I had been told I could see the same optician again. On a previous appointment the optician failed to notice that the lenses in the glasses I was wearing were in the wrong side of the frames.I was told I needed new lenses and that to simply replace the lenses would cost as much as new glasses. An optician in Peebles changed the lenses around in the frames for me and that the new prescription was hardly any different and my other glasses which were only a year old were fine. . I was reluctant to have another eye test with you but I am very glad I did. This is the first time I have been asked to give feed back. Margaret Clifford

Everything from start to finish was excellent. The staff were very friendly and took time to explain everything to me in an easy manner so I could understand. Then helped me choose the right glasses for me.
