My whole visit was conducted in a very professional and friendly manner. All those who dealt with me were polite, courteous and friendly and worked as a closely integrated team. I observed this also when I waiting to be attended to at different stages. I look forward to getting my new glasses and hopefully they will be perfect

I was seen quickly despite the fact I had delayed seeking medical advice for a few weeks. My optometrist was professional, knowledgeable and, most importantly for me, she was thorough. This was over two appointments. Support staff were also great and made me feel at ease.

I didn't buy glasses at Boots only because there isn't a big enough selection of frames for children. Specsavers have buy 1 get one free too. So I was able to get everyday glasses and prescription sunglasses. Boots really need to extend their collection in line with other competitors

Person who greeted me arrival was quite abrupt and not particularly friendly. All other staff excellent

When looking at frames, no members of staff came to assist me (as i was told they would) so I left after 15 mins. Have prescription so may not go back and go elsewhere instead - have not decided yet.
