First class service - nothing was too much trouble - Optician (Hannah at Gyle Edinburgh store) has spent a considerable amount of time with myself and getting the right prescription for my contact lenses - did not just take the first or easy option but persevered in getting what was best for my sight and what I was most comfortable with. I'm already on the Boots scheme and was offered multiple lenses to try free of charge so could not ask for any more. Excellent service from all the staff but one gentleman on the reception at your Gyle store is always very pleasant (sadly forgot his name). I have recommended Boots Opticians to friends and family.
