I just wanted to thank Boots the Opticians at the Gyle, and in particular Hannah Wilson for her care and attention over my last 2 visits. Last week my GP recommended that I visit an optician due to problems with my eyes. I'm so glad to have chosen here. From beginning to end I felt that the health of my eyes was in excellent hands. Hannah Wilson was exceedingly thorough, professional and reassuring. Hannah made another appointment for me to follow things up, and told me to call in between times should I have any worries, or concerns. Throughout the whole experience I felt safe and reassured, and that my eyes were in good hands. THANK YOU
