Great customer service. I was served by Margaret who helped me like a family member would in picking the best glasses/sunglasses for me and my face shape. I was well taken care of and left feeling very positive about my decision. Overall good experience. Other staff are very helpful too, including Chris who dealt extremely well with a couple of queries I had. Thank you Boots Opticians for your high standards of customer care.
