All the staff that I had contact with were helpful and knowledgeable about their products and services. They went out of their way to introduce themselves and help me with my purchase.

Not let a trainee help without full supervision. Supervisor or experienced staff member was called over and she changed my glasses to another type. Do not let staff chatter whilst you have a customer waiting on the phone.

The optometrist was very good, explaining the changes to my eyes and why I need a different prescription. She was caring and easy to talk to.
