Very good at explaining what they were doing and explaining my prescription
If my prescription had been correct in the first place I would of been happy... But to find out it wasn't then to be charged again for the correct lenses means I'm not happy at all with boots and would not come back ...
Great experience from coming to going out
I was told at the beginning there would be a slight delay to my appointment, this amounted to about 10 mins, which gave me time to look at glasses. All the health checks were carried out by a trainee with a competent assistant observing. Optometrist called me through after a few minutes introducing herself to me. Was impressed that she had read my notes and was concerned that my last visit two years ago had flagged an issue and wanted to know if it had been resolved. The eye test was carried out with Anderia ( think that's was her name) explaining what she was doing. Talked about my new prescription at the end. Handed over to another trainee again paired with an experienced assistant to take me through the purchase of my new glasses. Very efficiently. How could this experience be bettered? There were a number of staff out the front of the store and behind the scenes, it appeared very busy but not certain there were that many customers around at that time. Maybe limit the number of trainees at one time.
I see Sarah in the Chichester branch about my contact lenses... she always puts me at ease.. listens to my needs, and comes up with a solution. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
