Megan was brilliant with my 7 year old son - very friendly and able to make sure he was relaxed and also responsive to her questions. The other people who looked after us were great too - the lady who did the initial tests on the machines, and the man who helped Josh choose his glasses. He even coped quite well with Josh's questions and opinions, which was impressive. :)
