I booked my appointment online and had a courtesy call to confirm the appointment. I then received an email saying the appointment was cancelled. I rebooked and again received an email shortly after to say it was cancelled. I phoned customer service who confirmed this wasn't the case and my appointment was still valid and the cancellation emails were just an error so hopefully this will be something that is now fixed
