Eye test was thorough and comprehensive. My needs were understood and I left completely clear about what I needed to do. Excellent service. My only observation worth the booking system, was that my appointment was originally booked for 1:25, I received a text reminder that it was 1:15, and then a call from the store the day before to remind me it was 1:05pm. It didn't matter on this occasion but it could have been inconvenient, especially as I did not change the appointment time!!
