I was in the care of Megan who was extremely thorough and helpful. The other staff do their best in a busy shop. As treatment involves going backwards and forwards to the waiting/seating area it is the thing I think you desperately need to improve. It is cramped, crowded and uncomfortable and in the middle of everyone rushing backwards and forwards. I return because Megan is so good, but the waiting area experience is not.
