My records were not readily to hand so optometrist had no info regarding existing eye problems. An "emergency" meant a few people were waiting a long time & optometrists on duty were stretched so couldnt focus on one patient. My eye test took 1 hour 30 minutes from 1st checks to prescription being issued.... Staff were pleasant & helpful though obviously under a lot of pressure.
