The locum we saw was rude ,never introduced herself , told off my other child who was trying to encourage her brother throughout his eyes test and when I questioned her about the findings of his test ..as to how it was that the hospital felt his eyes were improving and consequently was discharged into local opticians, yet she found a deterioration in one of his eyes.her response when asked how that happens."I don't know this is a 5 year olds eyesight.!!after he had chosen glasses she spent 1 second literally just looking at them on his face and said "cute" never felt or checked how they sat on his face. I came away disgusted with the service and attitude of this woman and will be seeking a second opinion regarding his prescription. I am so disappointed as have used boots for the last 3 yrs for my son and the service prior to today had been top rate. Not so this time. Not one person instilled me with my confidence, we didn't reviewed any guidance on the glasses and we're just left to our own devices. As a health are professional in the NHS I would never treat my clients in such a manner. I would suggest this locum sues the charm school went to either that or doesn't deal with the public.
