very happy with the service provided. easy to book online, although as stated on my previous survey was unaware of eye test cost when booking.

whole experience was really easy. The staff were attentitive & caring. Explained everything clearly. The only dissappointment was the cost of sight test. I couldnt book a suitable time at my usual opticians so looked at boots website. It was really easy to book the appointment, however it wasnt clear that the eye test wasnt free. It was at the end when I had chosen the glasses that there was an additional £25. Most places offer free eye tests. Also whilst sitting down I also saw a leaflet stand with the sticker of some kind that said free eye test when buying a pair of glasses, though I didnt have the courage to speak up about the additional cost.
