Staff were friendly and very helpful. Although when you have to wear glasses they can be very expensive, especially when you are on a low income but are not entitled to any help.

Very thorough check, all staff were very helpful and welcoming. Managed to squeeze an appointment in for me after missing my first one despite being booked up for the next month. Optometrist Chris was very helpful and clear as always and helped to sort issues with contact lense reward scheme caused by Cardiff Boots Opticians.
