All the staff who were involved in my appointment were very friendly and helpful. Kay who did my pre screening was very thorough and explained everything that was going on as it happened. Siven the optician was very good, I felt that he checked everything there was to be checked and came away with a recommendation to see my GP just to rule out other health concerns which could be affecting my eyes, so thanks for that, it's appreciated. Jan who helped me pick my glasses was very good at explaining all the different varifocal lens types and the different finishes I could have on my lenses. I felt very thoroughly informed without being pushed into anything and couldn't recommend the team higher.

experience was very professional from the checking in at reception to the eye tests and choosing of glasses and then the collection of glasses , I cannot fault boots staff at all
