Friendly helpful team - Kevin explained the diagnostics and what was being looked for - and previous and currently prescription. Very helpful and reassuring. The service is excellent.

The booking process wasn't to good, got passed around a bit and then the booking system was down, but I did get a call back when the system was up and running again. The staff though were all really friendly and helpful, in store everything was quick and easy
