All the staff were very friendly, the appointment was extremely easy to make and was arranged for the next day. I was very impressed with the speed of the appointment process. The staff member who did my prescreening, Kay was very helpful and explained the whole process as it happened so I did not feel uncomfortable at all. The optician, Siven was thorough and gave clear instructions and looked at all aspects of my eyesight and health, recommending a doctors appointment to check out another health concern which he had picked up during the eye test. When I came to choose my glasses I was helped by Jan who was very helpful and explained all the options to me. I was extremely satisfied with the help I received. On coming to pick up my glasses I was seen again by Jan which was lovely to have that continuation, she checked that the vision was right and that the glasses were comfortable. I was thrilled with the service I received, am recommending Boots to my family and have already booked in my daughter to be seen. Thank you
