Although the care was great on my appointment. The gentleman who I originally spoke to on the day wasn't very professional. When I was trying to talk to him he clearly wasn't listening and kept telling me to take a seat! I told him I usually attended the Margate high street branch 3 times and he still rang ramsgate! He then loudly told me /get haven't got your details! I again approached him and said are you sure you Margate haven't got my details as I regularly visit there with my son! He said no pls sit down. When I went in for my eye scan I heard him say to the lady - apparently she used to attend ramsgate but they say the have not record. I told the lady carrying out the scan I had told him numerous times I attend Margate usually but he clearly wasn't listening! Eventually he rang the right branch! I would hesitate to use the Westwood one again if I had to be seen by this gentleman. I am a professional lady and don't expect to keep being told to sit down when I am talking.
