St Margarets has a lovely homely family atmosphere, The staff go out of their way to meet the residents needs. My mum has gone from just wanting to stay in bed all day to taking an interest in life again, she has her sparkle back! I looked at many care homes in the area but none matched St Margarets for its genuine concern for the residents well being. They ring me if theres any issues i need to know about and always take on board my concerns and deal with them straight away.
