Paul answered any questions I would ask and he listened to concerns and worries I had before continuing the titration

Paul was extremely thorough and informative throughout my titration process. Alongside his consistent care towards how I am doing generally, he has also been great in finding the best medication for my ADHD. I am extremely grateful for his care and wish him all the best in the future.

It is difficult to conceive of any way in which my experience could have been better. Paul has been nothing but perfectly professional and a credit to his profession. Paul was a reassuring presence throughout the titration process, and being in the care of someone who could explain things so clearly certainly made it far less intimidating. He was patient, understanding and sympathetic. He responded to any forms or queries almost immediately, even well into the late evening hours. I have absolutely no recommendations or suggestions for improvement, and I could not have asked for a better clinician.

Paul was very quick in his responses and answered any and all queries promptly and concisely. The only thing to improve was that sometimes prescriptions were a little delayed being sent out resulting in a few missed days for me as the delivery company wasn't always the best with actually making deliveries.

My titration process was quite long and I had adverse reactions to various medications - the nurse remained patient and open minded throughout, allowing me to try different options. He replied in a timely manner, was understanding, informative and professional. I would highly recommend him. In terms of room for improvement, towards the end I felt slightly rushed to finalise the process, which I can understand considering how long my titration lasted, but it added pressure to the process. I also felt that at times the nurse did not take into account my sensitivity to stimulants and the need to start off at below-average doses. Overall, I am very happy with the care I received and my ADHD symptom reduction.
