A patient, kind, and caring individual who has truly made my titration a much easier and forgiving process than I expected going into it. Paul responded quickly, was concise in his explanations and notes, and put noticeable effort into making the process easy and understandable for me.

I always recieved incredibly detailed responses to any questions that I asked, even when I asked multiple at any one time. Every question was answered no matter how trivial or "silly".

What an absolute legend this man is. Always helpful, always responsive. Answered all questions. Very clear and concise. I have full confidence in him, My only annoyance is that I can't shake his hand and thank him for helping me a long this journey/treatment.

Profile

Qualifications: Education in Mental Health Studies and Nurse Independent Prescriber.

I have been a registered mental health nurse since 1999 and qualified as a nurse prescriber in 2014. I have a diverse background, having previously worked in multiple acute mental health settings with adults with complex mental health needs, before specialising in Adult ADHD services within the NHS and Psychiatry UK.

I maintain best practice with continuous professional development to achieve positive outcomes and improve quality of life for those who struggle with debilitating and complex traits of ADHD and subsequent mental health problems. I feel that I am a people person and really enjoy my role in enabling others to overcome their difficulties through effective communication, a professional attitude and an empathic approach to nursing care.

Away from work, I love to keep active and spend my spare time running, cycling and swimming and I also love spending time with my family.
