Denise was really lovely, she took what I had to say on board at all times and made sure to explain the treatment well especially when transferring from long acting to short acting meds. Had a phone call today to discuss ending the titration process and she was very easy to talk to. Very quick at replying to messages and answering any questions/updating info regarding my prescription.
