Caro has needed to step into the role of manager to my team at very short notice. To date, I have found her to be helpful and reassuring about our future. She has needed to get to grips with what our team do and has been totally committed to doing the best for us. Caro has quickly grasped that we have had ineffective management to date and is clearly trying to ensure that we feel supported and appreciated now. I feel confident that the future of our team will be brighter with Caro's input.
