Called the boss by the consultant, this lady cares and gets thing done. When you have a loved one in a breathless condition, you need a lady like this, compassionate, caring and most certainly with the ability to organise the necessary resources to help. Her explanations of the medical problem, are clear and concise, and I would recommend her to any one.
