Hi All, I was made to feel at ease straight away & felt very respected by Rebecca. I can’t fault the work all the urology team do, but in my opinion Rebecca in one of those Special but straight talking nurses that bring you hope & a sense of humour thrown in too.

Rebecca was absolutely fantastic! She was so reassuring to my father who was very anxious about receiving treatment for bladder cancer. Rebecca reassured him at every stage. We were so pleased that every session started on time, Rebecca accommodated myself and my sister as we wanted to be present to offer support. She explained everything so thoroughly. She made it clear that she was available to dad at any time. He did call her with some queries during the course of the treatment. Rebecca was very professional, we could not fault her care. I have been seen by Becky over the last 2 or 3 years and If you have got to have procedures done that could potentially be unpleasant - then Becky is the one to do them. I have total trust and faith that she knows what she is doing - gentle, calm and a great nurse. I never have the slightest bit of anxiety when seeing her.
