A very big thankyou to Marie who visited me at home. I was very anxious about the whole process of self catheterization. Marie explained the whole process clearly and listened to my concerns. Very professional throughout leaving me with a very positive attitude towards a difficult and sensitive issue. Thankyou again for all your help.
