I accompanied my mum for her test today and the service we received was impeccable! Made sure to make my mum smile though evidently she was experiencing pain. She came out feeling very satisfied with how the nurses dealt with her, making her feel at ease. All I can say is thank you!

Lois made me feel completely at ease and was happy to listen to the history around my visit. I had this procedure done once before at Holly House Hospital, however, the experience with Lois at Queen's was much better.
