I felt that the 3 staff, Mrs Lois Delchar, Dawn Dixon and Adeola Babayeju who treated my partner were very warm, approachable, understanding, Caring, and attentive. It was a very positive experience and I hope that these staff are recognised for all their work and Interpersonal skills with members of the public. I cannot praise them highly enough.
