From booking in at reception to leaving the hospital I felt well cared for. I was made to feel welcome, all staff were very friendly and reassuring and I was put at ease. Procedures were clearly explained and although the department was running a little behind, apologies were made and I did not feel rushed at any time.There were opportunities to ask questions.
I was happy with my appointment and am not sure, apart from the timing, any improvements could be made. Thank you.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at our hysteroscopy clinic, all feedback is important to us and how we run our clinic. Unfortunately sometimes things do go a little but unexpected and delays can occur but it is good to know our staff recognized this and you were happy with our apologies and the service we were able to provide.
