I don't give out great reviews lightly. But Mrs Oatridge was absolutely brilliant. The whole process of self-cathetirisation was daunting for me. But Mrs Oatridge put me at my ease. She was very patient, as my stricture made the whole process more difficult, but Mrs Oatridge took her time and eventually achieved a good result. She explained the whole process in a way I could understand, and I am very grateful for her tireless efforts. All done with gentle humour too. Absolutely brilliant. Thank you Mrs Oatridge.
