My son was diagnosed with Crohns just before lockdown and was very poorly. The care under Dr Higher and Kay Crook has been exceptional. Kay is incredibly caring, warm , patient and makes you feel safe and secure. This has been such an emotional time and Kay always has time to talk , reassure and be there for the entire family. Although she is clearly very busy nothing is too much trouble and having her support has made the difference in us all getting our head around this life long condition. Kay thinks of the bigger picture and thinks of the affects on all the members of our family. We feel very lucky and it is clear she is on top of my sons care and future needs. All the hospital staff are friendly and kind, it is spotlessly clean and we wouldn't want to be treated anywhere else.We really appreciate all her time and care.
