Kathryn is very helpful and informative. She gave me several tips on how to cope with my fast flowing stoma. When I've left messages via her mobile she has always got back in touch with me promptly. I was having problems with leaks and she quickly came up with a solution, now my stoma is functioning well and looks healthy so much so that she doesn't need to visit anyone (not bad since I only came out of hospital a month ago).
