Karen is so personable and attentive. It helps so much that she is smiley and positive and conveys this really well via virtual meetings. She asks detailed questions and listens carefully and follows up on all actions promised. I know how busy she must be but I never felt rushed - I always felt Karen had time for me and was 100% focused on what I was saying. I know that if I have any worries going forward I won’t hesitate to contact Karen but because I’ve got such good advice about my stoma early on I hope I won’t need to - fingers crossed!
