I used the online booking system for the first time over the weekend and apparently the appointment I should have booked should have been with the triage nurse and not with this nurse. But rather than being sympathetic to my situation and trying to understand the urgency of my condition to best advise me, I was just told to go to the GP I saw at Bath hospital a few months ago....24 miles away. I left feeling perplexed, angry and still in considerable pain. I now have to try and find the emergency doctor (whose name I do not know) that I saw a few months ago at Bath hospital, who will be as confused as I am I am sure as to why my local GP surgery wouldn't see me. I don't normally leave negative reviews, but today was a really bad experience.
