Jenny guided me through the titration process. I found Jenny to be very professional, offering sound advice and guidance to any questions I had, with compassion and understanding always. I highly recommend.
Jenny has been extremely helpful throughout my titration. She has responded quickly to requests and with very good answers/suggestions to questions that are slightly left of mainstream. Speaking as a RMN myself, when you’re on the other side of the desk so to speak, it’s nice to have someone so knowledgeable and pleasant looking after you.
10/10 Perfect customer care and medical help.
I could sit and write a novel about how supportive Jenny has been to me during my titration process with Psychiatry UK. My past history is one of addiction, as a way of making the pain of my traumatic childhood and most of adulthood disappear. Because of this it was politely suggested I try a none-stimulant medication first which I was happy to do so. Unfortunately this particular medication took me the wrong way and the moment I expressed this and that I was scared to Jenny she took me off the medication. I initially thought that my journey with ADHD medication was now over as I was so used to being treated differently when it comes to controlled substances because of my past. Jenny was the first professional that trusted me and let me try my first stimulant medication. It took a few tries but we got there in the end on a perfect fit.
It was so refreshing to finally meet someone who didn't see me as a 'bad egg' and because of this perception then treated me with less trust. I am so grateful she put that faith in me because without being able to try the stimulant medication I wouldn't be in my first happy place I've ever been in my life.
Not only that but Jenny was almost like a friend. Kind and caring and extremely supportive during my journey. She was also super responsive to my messages and I have never experienced this during my medical journey whilst receiving care so the first fast response I got off her was a shock to say the least.
Overall I have already recommended Jenny to several people starting their own journeys through Psychiatry UK.
Jenny was very helpful and supportive during my medication titration process. She always responded to my queries quickly and I always felt that she listened to any queries or concerns I had and tried to find the best possible solution.
It is definitely easy to recommend Jenny. Not only did I feel extremely safe in the titration process but also completely listened to, Jenny was so easy to talk to and very knowledgeable.
Thank you so much for this amazing feedback. I’m so glad you felt safe and listened too under my care, this means the world to me. Jenny
