The most incredible nurse who replies within a few hours and is at hand whenever you may need her. She listens to every question, every problem and helps the best that she can. She is super informative when starting medication as I personally found it quite scary and intimidating however she talked me through it and calmed any nerves I has. Everything is explained in great depth and she makes it easy to understand. The whole service has changed my life for the better and for that, I am forever grateful.

Great communication, attentive to my concerns about the side effects of my medication, and ensured I got the best results from my titration.

Jenni's exceptional care and attention during the titration trial left a lasting impression on me. Initially hesitant to begin the journey of regulating my ADHD, especially as a black woman, I often encounter challenges where autonomy is questioned due to societal stereotypes. Jenni's unwavering patience and genuine concern for my well-being played a crucial role in making me feel comfortable throughout the process. Her attentive approach ensured that my prescription not only felt right, but was tailored specifically for my needs. In this experience, Jenni went above and beyond, restoring my faith in seeking help and demonstrating that it is okay to prioritise my mental health. I am sincerely grateful for the support and understanding she provided, making this journey into ADHD regulation a positive and affirming one. Thank you immensely, Jenni.
