Jenni was absolutely amazing. She was very patient with me as there were times I would take a couple of weeks to get back to her. She was also very supportive both in the medical side of my treatment and the emotional side. She knew when I wasn’t necessarily helping myself and helped me get back on the right track with my titration.

Weekly reports provided by me on my treatment were discussed with me and any potential issues sorted. My questions were met with a cheerful and informative phone call and support was detailed on what I should do to move on with my treatment. It was a pleasure working and chatting with Mrs Unsworth.

Was very kind, really nice and understanding over all. Very patient, and thorough in her treatment. Made the experience a lot easier, and wqas willing to answer questions at all times of the day, throughout the week. Very good, nothing bad to say.

My nurse was amazing. She listened to all of my concerns and issues I was facing during my treatment and has helped me worked around it in each occasion. She has been there with me during this process for the whole four month and even thereafter. I don’t think I could wish for a better specialist in her field.
