Jenni was amazing when starting my treatment plan, she sent lots of information and all the paperwork I need to fill out. She would always respond to my weekly updates about my treatment with helpful feedback and would let me know it was ok to continue. Any questions I asked, she would answer them with lots of information on what I asked with any additional related information to ensure full understanding. She has offered continuous support while waiting for the next steps in my treatment plan to begin.

Honestly when I first started the titration process I was quite nervous about it although after the initial diagnosis I felt excited going forward too like to finally be on the path to treatment after going my whole life before without any help in regards to my disabilities, starting was a bit of an emotional whirlwind at first but Jenni really made me feel comfortable and at home even during the pandemic. I honestly couldn't have asked for a nicer nurse to have been placed with than Jenni! Every interaction was an extremely positive one and I really felt that she was someone who you could just talk to with any questions or concerns about treatment. Every step of the process felt organised and explained well and any time I requested a new prescription it'd arrive at my home at most two days after I ordered it (though usually arriving the very next day) Honestly starting to finally seek a diagnosis and begin treatment after my whole life without seeking help was a little bit nerve-wracking going into it especially during the pandemic but with Jenni I felt completely at ease and the endless support throughout the whole process really helped. There is not a single thing that I could fault her for honestly : The support and information was excellent, the process was extremely well organised and planned and every reply or question i had was answered super quickly. Honestly (and I've just realised how many times I've used that word) I can't thank or recommend Jenni Unsworth enough

Nurse Jenni Unsworth was a delight to oversee my titration with. She listened to my concerns, made it clear that she was available to be contacted and always replied promptly. Her correspondence was always warm and kind and I felt very comfortable talking to her. This experience was completely positive, even though trying medications can be intimidating I felt supported throughout the process and she helped me get the treatment I needed. Cannot recommend her enough!

I found Jenni to be professional, helpful and friendly. She made it very easy to discus changing medication dosages to get it right for me and always responded to my messages quickly. While explaining my options fully and in a way I could easily understand.
