Jenni was a fantastic nurse and was quick to answer any questions I had. Even though my treatment was all virtual, Jenni was very attentive. I would recommend her care (and Psychiatry UK) as a service to anyone!
Replies were fast and helpful. The online portal made it perfect for me to reply when I had time, and I was not made to feel guilty if I took a long time to reply, forgot, or needed extra information. The only issue I had was with my original titration letter, which was difficult for me to read properly and I ended up mixing up instructions. The titration lead was very helpful though.
They really helped me so much. Great team! & worth the wait!
Jenni was really prompt with responses, advice, and alternative plans throughout the titration process. I never had to wait more than 48 hours for a response - most responses would be the next working day.
It was important to me that I was on the lowest dose possible with the best side effects, and Jenni provided me with enough information to be able to request certain trials (i.e. a lower morning dose and quick release in the afternoon; splitting a higher dose across the day etc.).
Prescriptions were issued really quickly, and I never ran out of medication.
When Jenni was on annual leave, the staff covering her were as quick to respond, and reassure me when I had any questions or concerns - and I had many!
Excellent service :)
Jenni was brilliant, and very supportive throughout the titration process. She was always on hand to help with queries about the medication and how it was affecting me.
Mrs Jenni Unsworth was awarded the iWantGreatCare certificate of excellence in 2024 for delivering outstanding care.
