Jenni has been brilliant. She is always prompt in her responses, and has given really helpful and applicable advice. I feel listened to and am comfortable in asking questions of Jenni. Jenni will give me options around my care if available and is considerate of my opinions.

Good responses that dealt with what was happening as it happened. Pragmatic with changes during titration.

Jenni was extremely fast to respond to any concerns and went above and beyond by re-sending a prescription during the holidays when I had stupidly selected it to be sent to the wrong address.
