Jenni was really helpful, supportive, and always answered my questions really quickly. She was very clear in explaining the process and providing me with advice on how to handle the addition of the medication in my lifestyle and how to manage some of the symptoms that were particularly affecting me. This helped a great deal and through reporting to her and her making changes based on what I was telling her, we were able to reach a regime that suited me well and kept the worst of the symptoms at bay and has allowed me to be able to focus more during study periods.

I would recommend Jenni Unsworth, she has been fantastic. Always gets back to us so quickly and answer any questions that we might have. The emails are always so polite and helpful. I have found the portal so easy to use and like how it is shown when us or other people have read it in the case notes.
