This nurse was effective, and provided me with a high care service which I can recommend.
Throughout my titration period, Jenni was helpful, kind and attentive.
Every question I had was answered quickly and with as much detail I needed. For anything I needed explaining more in-depth, Jenni was sure to include all the information I needed to feel comfortable with proceeding.
I felt comfortable with all of Jenni's medication choices and any concerns I had were answered so I felt like I was in safe hands the entire process.
Jenni was kind and would always send her replies in a friendly tone. It made the process enjoyable and squashed all of my worries and anxieties that I had about the process.
I highly recommend Jenni and wish her the best of luck for the future.
My prescriber was really lovely and understanding the whole process. She was grateful for my detailed tracking during the titration process and I felt comfortable to share my symptoms and thoughts with her. The only thing I will say is that she was perhaps slightly evasive/impersonal in messages, but I understand that is due to professionalism and being very busy!
Feedback directed to the service structure and not the nurse.
I found the website easy and efficient to use when wanting to get my medication. The only feedback I have is that I think with patients with ADHD, reminders could be sent about ordering prescriptions or prescriptions should be sent automatically with an email to confirm delivery address.
Prescriptions take a few days to arrive and these reminders or automatic deliveries would mean patients do not accidentally miss any days medicating.
Jenni Unsworth was lovely, excellent and extremely helpful during my titration for ADHD.
Mrs Jenni Unsworth was awarded the iWantGreatCare certificate of excellence in 2024 for delivering outstanding care.
