I was a bit nervous about how complicated the medication process for my ADHD would be, but it wasn't actually difficult at all and I had Claire's support throughout the entire duration. There was an occasion where I had an issue with my prescription (not Psych UKs fault) and I was able to call Claire and she reassured me and quickly helped me get another prescription. Claire is always very warm and friendly when she contacts me and I have always felt comfortable messaging/calling her about anything I may need help with.
